Majestic way to see the Blue Mountains
Due to the massive response we received to our first Guidebook “This Ain’t The City”, we jumped back in with two new Guidebooks, WILD and EPIC.
This time around every location in each Guidebook features a QR code which takes you directly to a live map on your smartphone. This helps you find the trail easily and safely. The Guidebooks are full of locations and adventures that are perfect for families with kids, beginners and anyone that is unfamiliar with the outdoors. Plus a lot of locations for more experienced adventurers.
EPIC
Features include hiking for all skill levels, including kids, camping, clifftop vistas, glow worm habitats, unique Blue Mountains adventures plus places to eat, grab a coffee and sleep.
Well known for breathtaking clifftop vistas and beautiful untamed landscapes, EPIC exposes you to the most majestic ways of experiencing all that is held within the majestic blue haze of the Blue Mountains.
Forward written by legendary NatGeo photographer and cave expert Robbie Shone.
Hiking
You asked and we listened! EPIC features a huge selection of our 30 favourite hikes and bushwalks. The best part is they are grouped into three skill-level categories; Easy, Medium and Hard. There's a special focus on hikes suitable for kids and families. And for the action junkies, there are plenty of extreme trails to get the blood pumping.
Camping
Camping in the wild is the ultimate way of getting back to nature. The Blue Mountains and surrounding regions are littered with stunning camping opportunities, both wild and at established campsites. We feature both for all skill levels, to find the best spots, unplug and recharge.
Clifftop Vistas
There's nothing more magnificent that standing on a clifftop, with the breeze in your face, staring into the disappearing folds of the hazy blue landscape. Now add some mates and a pizza and you're in heaven.
Glow Worms
For a truly unique experience, venture deep into a dark, damp cave, and look up to find yourself surrounded by a glowing star field. Nothing can prepare you for the natural wonder of glow worms once the sun goes down.
Adventuring
There are features of the Blue Mountain region that defy classification, be it natural craters or swaying suspension bridges, these adventures take you further into the epic Blue Mountains landscape.
